This is the opening meal of the bEHRconnect Community Fast — a water fast (water + electrolytes only, no food, no calories) you choose the length of:
- 72 hours — start here Thursday evening, break Sunday
- 48 hours — start Friday evening, break Sunday
- 24 hours — start Saturday evening, break Sunday
Tonight is for the 72-hour crew. We eat together, set intentions, cover the electrolyte protocol and how to fast safely, then close the kitchen.
