How the night runs

We start with open networking — real introductions, not name tags and small talk. Then about 30 minutes of programming: a fireside chat, roundtable or skill share with someone who has already built something in this field. We close with open floor conversation, where the room names what's actually hard right now — access, capital, clients, burnout, whatever it is. We build in easy ways to meet people, so nobody is stuck in a circle staring at each other.

Why we do it this way

Most networking events end when the lights come up. This one is built to keep going. The night follows a simple arc: connect with people doing what you do, learn from someone a few steps ahead, discover what this industry is missing in New Orleans, build something with the people in the room, and grow it here all year. An industry becomes a community when it has somewhere to keep meeting — bEHRconnect is that room.
