This all-levels experience is designed to help you slow down, move intentionally, and reset your mind and body through breath, movement, and sound. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice, this flow is built to meet you where you are.
What to Expect:
• Beginner-friendly, all-levels yoga flow
• A calm yet energizing atmosphere
• Curated music and immersive vibes each week
• Space to reconnect with yourself and community

• 11:00 AM – 11:10 AM | Arrival + Check-In
• 11:10 AM – 12:10 PM | Yoga Flow
• 12:10 PM – 12:30 PM | Socialize, Connect + Recharge

• Yoga mat (limited mats available)
