The pressure.The expectations.The responsibilities.The disappointments.The pain.
Instead, many of us learn to keep moving.To stay busy.To stay strong.To carry it alone.
But carrying it alone doesn’t make it lighter.
The Weight We Carry is a space for men to slow down, breathe, reflect, and reconnect with themselves in community.
Through guided breathwork, meaningful conversation, reflection exercises, and an immersive sound healing experience, we’ll explore what healing can look like when men are given permission to simply be.
Because healing doesn’t begin when someone fixes your pain.
It begins when your pain is acknowledged.
