• 🎯 6:20 AM: Technique of the day & Easy Run / Steady State Run
• 🧘🏾 7:10 AM: Group stretch & announcements
All paces are welcome. Each week we'll focus on a new skill—whether it's cadence, posture, breathing, hills, or running economy—as we build toward the Saints 5K together.
