Steeped in Stillness: Breath, Botanical Tea & Haiku on Old Bayou Road
Wednesday, November 11, 2026
11:00 PM – 1:00 AM
bEHRconnect — 2509 Bayou Road, New Orleans, LA 70119
Pause your week and step into a sacred space of rest on historic Bayou Road. Join us for an evening designed to help you release mid-week tension and reclaim your calm through intentional breathwork, warm botanical tea, and the reflective art of haiku.
Whether you need to ease your body or quiet your mind, this gathering offers a soft, grounding environment to slow down. Come as you as you are, dressing comfortably, sip intentionally, and share space and create poetry with community as we breathe together.
Hosted by Red G
