By creating an account or using bEHRconnect you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK). By using bEHRconnect you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
bEHRconnect is a wellness and informational tool. Content, scores, and insights are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. In an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant bEHRconnect a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the service. You're responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe rights or violate laws.
Don't impersonate others, post misleading health information, harass or abuse other users, attempt to access accounts that aren't yours, scrape data, or use the service to violate any law. We may remove content and terminate accounts at our discretion.
Premium plans auto-renew until canceled. Cancel anytime from Settings → Membership. Refunds are issued in accordance with your app store's policies. Free trials convert to paid plans at the end of the trial period unless canceled at least 24 hours before.
When you connect Apple Health, Garmin, MyChart, or other third-party services, their terms also apply. We're not responsible for third-party services or the accuracy of data they provide.
The bEHRconnect name, logo, design, and software are owned by bEHRconnect, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, bEHRconnect is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any health outcomes resulting from use of the service.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or with 30 days' notice for any reason. Sections that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Travis County, Texas.
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes and you'll need to accept the new terms to keep using the service.
