HIIT Club After Dark 🎃⚡️ | Halloween Edition

Two hours. Lights down, energy up.

The Halloween edition of HIIT Club After Dark runs 7:30–9:30 PM at The Village Gym — a full two-hour block: warm-up and stretch, a hard-but-fun HIIT session led by Coach B. Smooth of Hit the Levee, then the After Dark floor with music, dancing, and community.

Come in costume. Stay for the vibe.

Schedule (New Orleans time)

7:00 PM — Doors, check-in, shop the vendors

7:30 PM — Warm-up and stretch

8:00 PM — HIIT workout

9:00 PM — After Dark: music, dancing, cool-down

Admission

• Members: pay what you want — $10 suggested

• Non-members: $20

• Vendors: $40 for a table — you will be asked for your business name, contact details, and what you sell or offer

Bring water, a towel, and your best costume. Come as you are, leave glowing.
